USM can ship your parts the day you place your order for standard hammers and tips in stock. (This does not include made-to-order "MTO", or special order items. Parts must be ordered before 12:00 p.m. (noon) to guarantee shipment. If you need parts sent overnight, please let a sales representative know, at the time of your order, otherwise USM will use a ground service for your shipping needs

Net 30 days with approved credit application. USM must have an approved credit application on file to extend credit terms.

Returning Parts
You must contact our Sales Department before returning any parts. The Sales Department will issue you a Return Authorization Form Number. No merchandise returns will be accepted without our Return Authorization Form Number.
A restocking fee will be charged for all items ordered in error by the customer and returned to USM. Shipping fees to be paid by the customer for the parts returned due to customer error.
Credit memos will be issued for the parts returned to USM. Please do not take deductions from invoices prior to receiving a credit memo. Once a credit memo has been issued and received, please take the deduction from your next payment and refer to the credit memo.
In the event there was a shipping error on the part of USM, we will authorize return of the parts to USM at no charge to the customer, and ensure that you receive the correct parts in a timely manner.
Damaged Goods
All items returned to USM must be undamaged unless condition of part(s) is otherwise noted to a sales representative. Customer will be held responsible for damage to part(s) being returned.
If you receive damaged item, please note damage on the Bill of Lading at the time of delivery and retain the packaging material so that USM can process a claim to our shipper.
